A handbook titled ‘Open Contracting in Public Procurement Process of the Health Sector’ has been published by TI-Nepal in Nepali language to enhance public knowledge on open contracting and public procurement in Nepal. The handbook adopts the contents of the OC-HUB online portal of Transparency International Health Initiative as well as lists rules, regulations and processes related to public procurement in Nepal. With theoretical and practical information, the Handbook is expected to be a valuable resource material for stakeholders involved in public procurement, mainly, the government, private and civil society representatives. TI-Nepal’s OC4H project will use the Handbook in its capacity building endeavors during 2020-2021.
